Pet Policy
We are a pet friendly community at Sloane Street Apartments; however there are breed restrictions and a limit of two pets per apartment.
- $250 refundable deposit
- $400 non-refundable fee
- Monthly pet rent is $20 per pet.
Call the leasing office to receive a full copy of the pet addendum.

We love your furry roommates as much as you do! That’s why we want to spoil them with access to Bacon's Dog Park at The Shacks, a one-acre off-leash dog park in Austin Ranch. We also have plenty of green spaces and pet stations throughout the community to make being a responsible pet owner easy.
